As a courtesy to other patients and appointment availability, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointments. We will start charging a $25 fee for failure to Cancel/Re-Schedule or if you No-Show. This fee will be charged to you and MUST be paid prior to your next appointment. We understand that emergencies do arise and we will handle it on a case by case basis.
We will allow a 15min window from your scheduled appointment time if you're running late, if you take longer you will have to re-schedule your appointment.
Co-Pays, Deductibles and Any fee's that due for your services are due at the time of service, we do not bill patients.
